Source: Sound quality is pretty poor at the start but improves drastically about a minute in. It sounds like a pretty low gen source. I'm pretty conservative and overall, I'd rate this a solid B or B+.
This came to me as simply: 'Milano, Italy 1983.'

SBD-> Cassette (unknown gen)-> CDR-> EAC-> WAV-> Wavelab (tracking/edits/de-crackle/normalize)-> FLAC
NOTES:
I received this in a trade. It was recorded (or more likely, transferred) very hot. So I normalized way down to 93% to avoid clipping and applied some serious Waves X-Crackle to diminish the digitally overdriven noise. I also did some minor editing to fix the tape flips (I'm guessing the original was a c-90 but the guy I got it from must've had it on a c-60) and did a slight fade out at the end of the last track to ease the (slight) cut-off. I also added the track splits since the CDR I got it on only contained two 30 minute tracks.
Searching the web I found a bootleg CD titled 'Revenge' from Milan, dated Feb 22, 1983. The track listing is almost identical... and IF correct, this tape actually has 2 additional songs (I've Had It, Fix Me).
I also found this great tidbit on the Black Flag Memories and Recollections website (http://www.ipass.net/jthrush/flag2000.htm):
"I saw the band in Milan, Italy at the club Odissea 2001 on 2/22/83 and it was incredible!!!! In the hours before the show, the punk guys destroyed the car of the club owner because the tickets were too expensive. The police arrived, but after an hour we got in with a low-price ticket.
"A few things I remember: Ginn had long hair at the time (the european punk-fashion was short hair). Dukowski played his bass unplugged from his amp for 5 minutes. My girl friend also kissed Rollins sometime during the show. She was completely drunk. This gig was very important to me. Oh, and the support band was THE MINUTEMEN!!!!
