The end of the show cuts, but besides that, we’ve got another great recording here. The performance and set is not that of the 6/30 show, but still, quite enjoyable... Regarding the date and venue; it seems Henry was full of shit on the 6/30/85 show when he states it was their first time playing the Channel. He sounded kinda convincing, but he states here that SSD would be playing ‘here at the Channel’ in a couple of days, or some such. This is most definitely an ’84 set, and not an ’85 set, so it pretty much points to Henry being Henry, and this date and venue being correct. ‘Get in the Van’ confirms the date being in Boston as well...just in case any of ya thought I didn’t bother listening to this stuff...;)) Sit back and enjoy, but: Don’t Sell!! Don’t Disseminate in MP3 Format!!
