Level boosted with a Mackie board (VLZ preamps) and patched out post gain. My editor was Sonic Foundry's Sound Forge 6.0. The only adjustments made were the fade-in and fade-out, then I dithered to 16-bit. No compression or EQ was applied. CDWav was used to easily edit the one file into individual files for each track.
