It sounds like the entire live mix on side A was drenched in reverb; the sound is pretty distant and a bit murky on both sides, but still quite listenable, and a pretty energetic performance.

notes from Paul Hilcoff:
I have only one recording of that song, with the title listed as "You're Too Obtuse," from a show at the Longhorn, 07 May 1980. There are a few other rarely heard songs on that Longhorn recording, including an unidentified instrumental, but it's not the same as A12 on this recording, which still has me stumped. It sounds familiar, though, definitely a Bob riff.
