step 1 - go here, download & install this:

step 3 - go to page containing the torrent you want, click the link on that page. Your torrent client will start automatically, and ask where you'd like to download the file to on your hard drive. Select a location, and show will start downloading. Once it's finished, leave your window open until you've uploaded as least as much as you've downloaded (your client will tell you this).
step 4 - using dbpoweramp, select the downloaded files, and convert them to wave/.wav format
step 5 - burn the wave files to disc
step 6 - insert burned disc into cd player & press play
step 7 - listen & enjoy
